Among Equals Kundu Bilum Bag 1407

Each AMONG EQUALS bag tells a story. The hourglass shaped Kundu Drum is used across Papua New Guinea in daily life and ceremonies. The Kundu design is inspired by this national icon, commonly believed to be the voice of their ancestors.

This Bilum is handwoven from acrylic and wool yarn as well as upcycled knitwear using traditional weaving techniques. Medium size body and medium strap length makes it an easy day to day bag and we love the signature 100% handmade wool pom and tassel.
